October 15, 2015 by arteriors

(Dallas, TX) October 2015 – Arteriors, a leading provider of lighting, furniture and decorative accessories, will expand its product offering to include upholstery at High Point Market this fall with ten new designs.

“Our clients are always asking us what’s next for the brand and we’ve been looking at the upholstery category for quite some time,” says Mark Moussa, Founder and Creative Director of Arteriors. “This expansion is a natural evolution in our product offerings and an opportunity for us to bring the Arteriors quality, availability and aesthetic to a new category of products.”

The Arteriors upholstery collection consists of ten frames including a mix of sofas, settees, chairs and a bench. The new pieces will be available in a selection of three leathers, four Belgian linens, six velvets and two different wood finishes. Select pieces will be offered in-stock with a lead time of 7-10 business days while other variations will be available for special order.

Arteriors upholstery is made in the USA and frames are constructed with FSC certified, kiln-dried hardwoods. The new collection will be sold through Arteriors channels including Arteriors showrooms, Sales Reps and available online at

Arteriors upholstery styles include:

Lucia Settee and Lucia Chair
The Lucia Settee is a simple yet bold choice with a gently scooped back for a refined silhouette, and timeless detailing of the exposed beveled wood frame. The deep seat with two feather down pillows across the back is designed to enhance comfort. The Lucia Settee is sized perfectly to place at the foot of a Queen or King bed, or to anchor a smaller living space like your library or den. Matching Lucia Chair pairs with the sofa, or as a standalone - place four around a cocktail table for a dramatic effect.

Mustique Settee and Mustique Chair
Defined by a modern sensibility, the Mustique Settee is designed for appeal from all directions. Beautiful wood back rail detailing, inspired by midcentury design, and the slightly curved frames add visual interest to the piece. Float two in a loft or large living space to spotlight the slightly curved shape, beautiful wood back rail detailing, inspired by mid-century design. Large feather down back pillows provide additional comfort.  Matching Mustique Chair also highlights wood back rail detailing.

Duprey Settee and Duprey Chair
The diminutive Duprey Settee has a distinct heirloom vibe that has been updated and made modern. The sensuous curve of the back and arms adds a romantic flair that feels lavish and seductive while angled legs provide a modern effect. Matching Duprey Chair is ideal for a bedroom or dressing room to add an old-world touch.

Vernon Settee
The streamlined details of the Vernon Settee include horizontal channeling and sloped arms to create an elegant and sophisticated silhouette while brass castors give the piece an unexpected industrial spin. This versatile settee works well in a bedroom flanking a fireplace or in an elegant entry hall.

Rupert Sofa
The Rupert Sofa achieves a blissful marriage between style and comfort. A tuxedo back featuring a simple graphic tufted design creates visual interest and dimension. A deep seat and two oversized feather down pillows that mimic the stitched grid pattern on the back and front rail add comfort.

Christophe Sofa
The Christophe Sofa transports to an era of long lunches and a designated cocktail hour. Midcentury references such as vertical channeling on the shelter frame and metal ferrules on each leg make for a bold and unique statement.
